From March 8th to 10th, the 12th SPS – Industrial Automation Fair Guangzhou took place in China Import and Export Fair Complex (Pazhou Exhibition Hall). This exhibition covered many areas of industrial automation, including robots, robot vision, robot sensors, commercial measurement, connection systems, drive and mechanical drive systems and control technology, and attracted a large number of merchants from all walks of life.

      At Stand G57 of Exhibition Hall 2.2, the research institute of Greatoo(Guangzhou) brought a spectacular exhibition on robots’ automatic polishing car door panel and golf club heads, which attracted numerous visitors. Many merchants even had a discussion with our engineers. In robots’ automatic polishing car door panel, constant force control technology is used to deal with irregular weld joints and guarantee the quality of polishing, while in the automatic polishing golf club heads, the coordination of robot motion and grinders works to realize the polishing of the entire golf club heads. Throughout the current social production and technical environment, there is an obvious trend that the automation of robots gradually takes place of the traditional polishing methods. Nowadays, the polishing of robots has widely been put into use in various areas, such as autos and auto parts, hardware, bathroom accessories, the oxide skins of blanks, weld joints, casting head and trimming of relevant 3C products as well as the polishing of machining parts’ burrs which is of heavy labor intensity and high risk.

      Though this exhibition, the research institute explored many potential customers who were in need of industrial automation and successfully extended our company’s business. Besides, thanks to the platform of the exhibition, the research institute of Greatoo(Guangzhou) left a deep impression on many merchants and substantially promoted both the brand and fame of our company, successfully achieving the expected effects.
